SNAP™ Camera Contest
TO ENTER: go to and fill in the drawing entry form. One entry per person per day. There will be 6 Prizes of a NikonĀ® COOL{IX  S210 8 Megapixel Cameras. Entries for the Cameras must be received after March 10, 2009 and no later than Oct. 30, 2009. The prize winners will be selected on Nov. 5, 2009. Approx. retail value of cameras: $150 each.
Entries for the camera drawings must be received Mar. 10, 2009 and no later than Oct. 30, 2009. There will be 6 prizes awarded. Camera drawing will take place on the Nov. 5, 2009.. Approximate retail value of prize: $150 per camera.
Total Award Retail value: $900. Employees of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. and their immediate family members and their advertising agencies are not eligible. By entering the contest, you agree to these Official Rules.

  1. TO ENTER: Starting at 9:00am, to on  March 10, 2009, simply complete the Contest Entry Form on this website:. You may enter more than once, but you may not submit more than one (1) entry per day per person. Entries for the cameras must be received after 9:00am March 10, 2009  and no later than 1:00pm on Oct. 30, 2009  (the "Contest Period"). All entries become the property of MCGH and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

    In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide MCGH with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.

  3. SPONSOR: This contest is sponsored by McGraw-Hill Construction, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. ("MCGH").

  4. PRIZES: 6 Prizes:  NikonĀ® COOLPIX S210 digital camera. Retail value: $150 each.
    Total retail value of all prizes: $900

  5. ODDS: The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

  6. RANDOM DRAWING: Prize - Camera: Six entries will be randomly selected in a drawing to be held on or about Nov. 5, 2009 from among all eligible completed entries received by Oct. 30, 2009. Camera drawing will be held on the 5th of November, 2009. Winners will be notified via e-mail and/or mail within one week of the drawing. Winners, in order to be awarded the prize, will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release within one week of notification or prize may be forfeited and an alternative chosen

  7. CONTACT & WINNER'S LIST: Each prize winner's name and work affiliation will be displayed on the contest web site, from Nov. 10 to Dec. 31. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (no stamp required for residents of VT or WA) after Nov. 10, 2009 , to: Deborah Smikle-Davis, Director of Marketing Communications, McGraw-Hill Construction, 2 Penn Plaza, 9th floor, NY, NY 10121-2298. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for use of the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes by MCGH, without further compensation.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with their acceptance and use of any prize.   9. RESTRICTIONS/RELEASE: No more than one entry per person per day. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable for any other item by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value for any prize, for any reason. By entering this contest, the contestants, winners and travel guest each release MCGH, it affiliates and employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from and against any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death and/or property damage, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Winners (and the Grand Prize winner's travel companion) will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
